These culinary sample packs contain 18+ pounds grass-fed beef. The packs include a mix of cuts but emphasize ground beef. It comes frozen and is wrapped to store for up to a year.

We will be picking the meat up from the butcher on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11th. Your meat will be available for pickup at the farm from 2pm until 7pm that day. By purchasing, you agree to arrange pickup of your pack on that day during that time window. We DO NOT have the freezer capacity to provide storage. We will follow up with you via email with reminders and more information.
